Jean-Pierre has over 25 years’ experience in management consulting and the recruitment of executives, senior managers and experts.
An entrepreneur and networker, Jean-Pierre has already developed and managed several firms and teams of senior consultants, while always maintaining an operational consultancy role.
Jean-Pierre has acted as long-term advisor to a number of entrepreneurs and managers of start-ups, ETIs and groups in the IT and Digital, Luxury Goods and Services sectors, as part of their international development and technological and digital transformation. He has successfully carried out a large number of strategic “C-Level” recruitments: CEO, COO, GM, CFO, Business development, CTO, CDO, CIO, Architects, Data Director, and ensured the smooth integration of talent in heterogeneous environments. Jean-Pierre is also a private Business Angel. A graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Bordeaux (Economics and Finance section), he began his career as a Consulting Engineer with SAGE, a management software publisher, before moving on to headhunting with international firms.

Co-founder of Optiva Capital since 2003, she became President of Optiva Darna in 2013.
Fadwa has an extensive network of entrepreneurs and is very active in the private equity community.
She is also VP International & Territories of Systematic Paris Region.

Following studies at the University of Cologne, HEC (Paris), Munich and a doctorate in economics, Holger Wiemann pursued an international career with Ronald Berger and Bertelsmann in Paris and London. He then moved to Paris, where he invested in media and digital companies and worked as a strategy and M&A consultant. Close to private equity circles, he is one of the co-founders of IPEM.
In Germany, he is managing partner of Active M&A in Düsseldorf, which has accompanied over 50 corporate transactions between France and Germany.
Well-acquainted with the business community in France and Germany, and a valuable advisor, he can support your company's development.
A graduate of ESC Amiens, Eudes has 25 years' experience in recruitment. After starting his career in the world of ERP publishers, he developed his expertise in the world of IT/digital and engineering. His sector expertise is now well developed in retail, luxury goods, industry and consulting companies.
An entrepreneur for 12 years, he has created or participated in the creation of consulting companies (recruitment, HRIS) and an e-rh solutions start-up. He also contributed to the creation of a recruitment business in Paris for an Italian group, one of the world leaders in HR services.

Pierre Breesé is an entrepreneur and intellectual property expert in France. Passionate about innovation and business development, he advises numerous innovative companies.
He holds a Master's degree in Physics - Non-linear Optics and Computer Science (Université Louis Pasteur, Strasbourg), and is a graduate of CEIPI - Patents - Trademarks - Models and CNAM "Prospective, Innovation, Strategy and Organization".
He was the first business manager for industrial property at INSERM (Institut national de la santé et de la recherche médicale); patent engineer and then managing director of Novapat.
In 1990, he founded BREDEMA, a spin-off from Bouju Derambure, which he sold in 2008 to the Dutch investment fund GILDE.
From 2009 to 2011, he carried out various assignments for the French Ministry of Research, the Ministry of Industry, the Saclay Foundation, the CNRS and the Conseil d'analyse stratégique.
Since 2011, he has created and developed IP TRUST.
